what we store
Your account details (name, email and, if you add it, phone number), your delivery address, your order history, and the photobook projects you create — including the photos and text you add in the editor. We also keep basic records of the emails we send you about your orders.
why we use it
To create, print and deliver your photobook, to let you return to and edit your saved designs, to send order and delivery updates, to provide customer support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations in the UAE.
payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never seen or stored by PIXELS — we only receive confirmation of payment and the delivery details you provide there.
printing
Our photobook editor and print production are provided by our printing partner WTPBiz. Your design, photos and delivery details are shared with them only so they can produce your book.
delivery
We share your name, delivery address and phone number with our courier so they can deliver your order.
Order confirmations, password resets and delivery updates are sent through Resend, our email provider.
how long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by UAE law. Saved designs stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, except where we must keep records by law.
your choices
You can view and update your details in your account, or email support@pixelsofficial.com to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We do not sell your personal information.
